In industrial settings, stepper motors are widely used. They enhance machine operating speed, boost work efficiency, and meet desired speed requirements. During machine operation, stepper motors often encounter interference. How to solve this problem? Today, we will explain the solutions to stepper motor interference.
1、Record interference issues encountered during daily operations to address them targeted, ensuring desired results. Maximize the distance between control lines, power lines (L, N), and motor drive lines (U, V, W), and avoid crossing them. For example, when installing two drives in the same chassis for a dual-axis drive system, mount one drive with its nameplate facing forward and the other backward. Arrange the structure to keep these leads as short as possible, following the principle of linear motors.
2、Adopt the latest practice, mainly focusing on power line connections. Connect the ground of the power filter, the PE (ground) of the drive (with the drive insulated from the chassis base), the lead wire after short-circuiting the control pulse PULSE- and direction pulse DIR-, the motor ground wire, the cable protective sleeve between the drive and other components, and the drive shield wire to the grounding post on the chassis wall. Ensure reliable contact.
